We’re offering three camps this summer: Instrument Sampler, Beginner Piano, and Intermediate Piano. All camps are a week long from 9:00-noon, and will take place the second through the fourth week of July. Register by June 15th and save $25!
As part of Miamisburg’s Bicentennial, instructors from Star City Music Studios will perform on Religious Heritage Sunday at Riverfront Park. The event will include a hymn-sing.

Congratulations to brass instructor Jacob Walker and Rhythm X for winning the 2018 Winter Guard International competition. This is the second year that Rhythm X has taken home the championship!
You’re invited to our Fourth Annual Spring Studio Recitals and Awards Ceremony, Saturday, May 19th, at Trinity Church. There are two recitals: 6:00pm and 7:30pm. Each recital will conclude with an awards ceremony, and our Honors Recital will end the second performance.
The 2nd Annual Studio Competition was held on Saturday, April 21st, at Trinity Church. Congratulations to Keegan T. (1st); Mallika D. (2nd); and Ashika D., Sophia K., and Matthias H. (hon. mentions).
The National Guild of Piano Teachers student auditions are scheduled for May 8th through May 10th at Grace Lutheran Church in West Carrollton. Piano students from Star City Music Studios will perform a program from two to 20 pieces, including scales and other technical studies, for a visiting Guild judge.
The Second Annual Star City Music Studios Student Competition is Saturday, April 21st, at 10:00am, at Trinity Church in Miamisburg. The competition is held in open audition format, so family and friends are welcome to sit in and hear the students perform live. Thanks to this year’s guest judge, John Wright, for adjudicating the competition!
Almost 30 students from Star City Music Studios participated in the National Federation of Music Clubs district festival on Saturday, March 10th, at the University of Dayton. Congratulations to the following students for receiving some of the top ratings at the festival!
The Miamisburg Community Chorus, a city institution for over 50 years, will present its spring concert, “Hallelujah, What A Savior!” on Sunday, March 25th, at 4:00pm, at St. Jacob Lutheran Church, next door to the studio.
